Subway in Kiel

The salespeople are really always very nice and the food is delicious. I especially like the cookies, but unfortunately they were a bit burned when I bought them last, hence a star deduction. Otherwise really recommendable!

Super nice and friendly service! Good advice on what side dishes go with the Chicken Terryaki and the whole thing is in a good mood. You like that!

Tasty and fresh

I've always enjoyed being a customer here. Today I was back after a long time and after waiting 30 minutes in front of the door I was sent away in an unfriendly manner at 8 p.m. sharp because "we're closing now". The employees were probably too good to serve the last two customers who had arrived at the store well before the end of the opening hours. Then another store can look forward to my order next time.

Today at Subway at Holstenplatz in Kiel: About 10 people stand in front of it, as only one customer was allowed to go into the store to pick up and pay for his sandwich. At the door you are asked what you would like to have, the order is then called through the whole store. Then came the moment that really stunned you. A colleague enters the shop and hugs the lady who is taking the orders at the door. “Hygiene is very important to us” doesn't quite fit, as the minimum distance is CONSCIOUSLY not kept. When the lady was made aware that this concept did not fit, that all customers had to wait outside and that the distance had to be kept, she only said: "Yeah, why is this my work colleague?" Hello? How are the measures supposed to make a difference if you deal with it so irresponsibly and if you then draw the attention of someone to it, people whisper and smile at it. Very disappointing and it makes you angry.

A great opportunity to eat well and quickly! I think the principle of Subway should be known to many. Freshly prepared sandwiches with a wide variety of ingredients and a free combination of bread, toppings, sauce and vegetables. The prices are ok too and you know what you are getting for your money! I cannot understand the reviews of unfriendly staff. Every time the staff is very friendly, both in dealing with the guests and in dealing with one another, as far as I can tell as a guest. Unfortunately, this is not the case in some other subway branches. So far I have not regretted any of my visits to this subway and will be happy to eat there in the future. Absolutely to suggest!

Completely ok ... food was good, fast service

Not eaten for a long time, again very tasty. The oregano bread remains my favorite.

The employee who made the sandwiches was wearing gloves. He wore the same gloves when he used his smartphone outside during the break and then made sandwiches again. The guests sitting inside were kicked out six minutes before the store closed. Some customers who wanted to go in six minutes before were denied entry. The sandwich was sticky. There was a lot of skimpy with sauce, which was practically nonexistent. All in all, very disappointing.

Vouchers from voucher books that are explicitly valid for this branch will not be accepted. "We don't take part in voucher campaigns". Then I wonder why these vouchers exist at all ... Generally not particularly friendly staff. In any case, we don't come to this branch anymore ...

Narrow and stuffy, the way the employees interact is interesting. "You are also a victim" is not heard too often. However, the service is nice and helpful. Otherwise fast food, you can't expect much.

Nice staff and delicious food. The shop is clean and the tables cleaned. You could clean the toilet more often but everything in a round 4 stars.

1.5 m distance held with face mask. Nevertheless 2 times very unfriendly! asked to keep the distance. And this to impress the lady in front of us. We did not put up with being treated so condescendingly and left the shop. Friendliness is actually more than usual in American restaurants, but somebody has not trained their employees how to treat all customers.

I remember the subway restaurants in the US and this one has nothing to do with them. The taste was not bad, but the shop would need a renovation and some more clean.

It’s cheap. And the food is so lecker. Which is always hard to come together on the same plate. If you are really hungry but don’t have money to spend this is where u have to go. The food tastes so fresh. Also I like their “buy coke once and fill how much ever you want “ theory
